MICHELLE DOMINIGUE, WIFE OF, AND BRIAN DOMINGUE v. IMPERIAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION D/B/A IMPERIAL FIRE & CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY

In Re: Imperial Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 2010-14538-I. BEFORE: GUIDRY, McCLENDON, HIGGINBOTHAM, CRAIN AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. We find that the trial court abused its discretion in granting the motion for new trial. That portion of the November 24, 2014 judgment granting the motion for new trial is reversed, and the verdict of the jury is reinstated.
