Andres DOMINGUEZ, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 290th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2014CR8821
Honorable Raymond Angelini, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The underlying trial in this cause was completed on July 28, 2015. The reporter's record in this case was originally due on November 25, 2015. Debra Jimenez has filed a second Notification of Late Record in this court stating that additional time to March 15, 2016 is required to prepare the reporter's record. Debra Jimenez was previously given an extension, at which time she was admonished that no further extensions of time would be allowed.

It is therefore ORDERED that Debra Jimenez must file the record in this court no later than February 9, 2016. If the record is not received by such date, a show cause order may issue directing Debra Jimenez to appear on a day certain and show cause why she should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record.
