On June 23, 2023, pursuant to the Court's April 24, 2023, Order, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report the same as what they reported in their April 18, 2023, status report, i.e., that they have made significant progress since filing their last joint status report and are close to finalizing the computations and executing a decision document, but it will take several more months to do so because of the complexity of the issues and numerous tax years involved. The parties request that the Court allow them to either submit a stipulated decision document or file another joint status report on or before October 16, 2023. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 16, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
