Domenech v. Sta-Brite Fluorescent Mfg. Co.

Supreme Court of Florida
Jun 1, 1966
187 So. 2d 36 (Fla. 1966)

Opinion

No. 35195.

June 1, 1966.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Edward Schroll and M. Lester Saal, Miami, for petitioner.

C.J. Budzinski, Miami, Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for respondents.

By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date February 1, 1966.

We find that oral argument would serve no useful purpose and it is therefore dispensed with pursuant to Florida Appellate Rule 3.10, subd. e, 31 F.S.A.

Our consideration of the petition, the record and briefs leads us to conclude that there has been no deviation from the essential requirements of law.

The petition is therefore denied.

The motion of petitioner for attorney's fees in this Court is denied.

It is so ordered.

THORNAL, C.J., and DREW, O'CONNELL, CALDWELL and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
