Appeal from the Monroe Special Term.

Present — Williams, P.J., Bastow, Del Vecchio and Marsh, JJ. [ 51 Misc.2d 808.]


Order unanimously affirmed insofar as it dismisses the complaint against Lelia A. Dollinger and Lincoln Rochester Trust Company, as trustees under the will of Lewis Dollinger, with costs. Memorandum: For the sake of clarity, the plaintiff is directed to serve an amended complaint eliminating the allegations asserted against the cotrustees.
