Action for a declaratory judgment to determine which of the defendants are entitled to purchase certain of the plaintiffs' real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Tolland, where the defendant Joseph L. Swensson, Jr., filed a cross complaint; the matter was tried to the court, Byrne, J.; judgment declaring that the named defendant et al. are entitled to purchase the subject property and in favor of the plaintiffs and the named defendant et al. on the cross complaint, from which the defendant Joseph L. Swensson, Jr., appealed to this court. No error.
