ORDER
On September 6, 2023, counsel for Appellees, Cross-Appellants, and Intervenors filed a response to this Court's order setting a briefing schedule, noting that the transcripts in this matter had not yet been filed. They asked that the Court order production of the transcripts. Counsel for Appellants filed a response objecting to the change in briefing schedule. Appellants have since filed their opening brief, and the transcripts were filed on October 11. The Court has granted Appellees, Cross-Appellants, and Intervenors an extension of time until November 28, 2023, to file their response brief.
The matter is therefore moot.
IT IS ORDERED that the request for an order for production of transcripts is DISMISSED as MOOT.
