ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

This case was set on the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Washington, DC, on February 22, 2022. This case was called and recalled from the calendar on February 22, 2022, petitioner appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Catholic University Law School law student Dan Johnson, supervised by attorney Laila Leigh, was recognized for petitioner for purposes of the Calendar Call hearing.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 24, 2022, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
