MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is appellants' November 15, 2006 motion to dismiss appeal, stating that "all parties to this appeal have reached a private agreement to settle and compromise their differences, rend[er]ing this appeal moot." Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and DISMISS this appeal as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1) (in accordance with appellant's motion, appellate court may dismiss appeal).
