John DOE, Sex Offender Registry Board No. 523671 v. SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY BOARD.


The judgment is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for entry of a judgment directing the Sex Offender Registry Board to relieve Doe of any further obligation to register, remove his registration information from the registry, and so notify the relevant police department or departments.
