So much of the judgment as pertains to Internet dissemination of Doe's final classification as a level two sex offender is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for entry of an order of remand to the Sex Offender Registry Board for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The remainder of the judgment is affirmed.
