Appellant Curtis Olson's request for judicial notice is denied with respect to requests 5 and 6. Olson's request for judicial notice with respect to requests 1 through 4 is denied without prejudice to a renewed request as to those exhibits only with redactions conforming to Civil Code section 1708.85. Any renewed request for judicial notice should be filed by October 27, 2021.
Respondent Jane Doe's cross-motion to strike Olson's Consolidated Answer to Amicus Briefs is granted, without prejudice to Olson filing a new Consolidated Answer to Amicus Briefs conforming to Civil Code section 1708.85. Any new answer to the amicus briefs should be filed by October 27, 2021. Jane Doe's cross-motion to strike Olson's Appendix to his Request for Judicial Notice is denied as moot.
