John Doe, Plaintiff v. Ronald Bone, et al., Defendants

Judge Watson

Magistrate Judge Abel

ORDER

By clerical error and mistake, my February 28 Order granting defendants' February 22 motion for an extension of time was docketed before plaintiff's response in opposition to the motion was reviewed. In his response, plaintiff seeks an order setting the date for Mayor Pelegren's deposition. Plaintiff's request is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that Mayor Pelegren's be scheduled to be held on or before March 11, 2013.

Plaintiff also seeks to modify my February 21 Order permitting defendants to file deposition transcripts in this action under seal. Finding the request meritorious, it is ORDERED that defendants file public versions of the sealed depositions that redact only those portions of the depositions necessary to protect the privacy rights of the plaintiff and non-parties. Counsel for the parties are DIRECTED to confer with one another about the redactions. If counsel cannot agree on how the redactions should be made, counsel are DIRECTED to schedule a telephone conference with me.
