ORDER
On June 23, 2017, the Court abated this appeal after receiving notice that appellee Chau Nguyen had filed a petition for bankruptcy. Before the Court is appellant's August 31, 2017 motion to reinstate the appeal. Attached to the motion is a copy of the order from the bankruptcy court dismissing the bankruptcy proceeding. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and REINSTATE this appeal.
Appellees' brief is due October 12, 2017.
