Proceedings: (IN CHAMBERS) - PLAINTIFF'S EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR RELIEF FROM ELCO'S LATE FILED RESPONSE TO DMF'S PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW (Dkt. 825, filed on JULY 12, 2024)

On July 12, 2024, Plaintiff DMF Inc. filed an ex parte application to file a five-page supplemental brief on the basis that Defendants' response to Plaintiff s proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law was slightly more than four hours late. Dkt. 825.

The Court DENIES plaintiff s ex parte application because insufficient good cause has been shown for the requested relief.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
