This case is calendared for trial at the January 30, 2023, San Diego, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On December 30, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion). Respondent further states that he attempted to contact petitioner and that petitioner's view on the granting of this motion is unknown. By Order served January 4, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion. Petitioner failed to respond. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 30, 2023, San Diego, California, remote, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the Zoomgov calendar call on Monday, January 30, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 21, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
