Upon review of petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated February 13, 2008, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Khianthalat v. State, 33 Fla. L. Weekly S44 (Fla. Jan. 17, 2008). The petition for review is therefore denied. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
