This is a companion case to Motors Insurance Corporation et al. v. Melder et al., 336 So.2d 954, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this date. For the reasons stated in our decision in that case, the judgment of the district court in the present case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the appellants.

AFFIRMED.
