Blount, Inc., case No. 1-01-0731 (09/06/02), with consideration of whether summary judgment was properly entered in favor of defendant Portable Tool Sales and Service, Inc., on plaintiff's claims of negligent installation, inspection and/or testing of the product's chain, as recognized and set forth at page 12 of the appellate court's order.
