DISCIPLINARY CASES.

On April 28, 2004, this court indefinitely suspended respondent in 2003-1865, Disciplinary Counsel v. Young, 102 Ohio St.3d 113, 2004-Ohio-1809. While respondent was under suspension in that matter, this court on March 21, 2007, indefinitely suspended him in 2006-1261, Disciplinary Counsel v. Young, 113 Ohio St.3d 36, 2007-Ohio-975, and ordered that the indefinite suspension would be served consecutively to the indefinite suspension imposed in 2003-1865. On April 9, 2008, respondent filed a motion seeking clarification of the date when he is eligible to file a petition for reinstatement from the indefinite suspension imposed on March 21, 2007. Upon consideration of respondent's motion for clarification,

It is ordered that the motion for clarification is hereby granted. The earliest the respondent is eligible to file a petition for reinstatement in 2006-1261 is two years after March 21, 2007.
