DISCIPLINARY CASES

Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, No. 05-080. This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a report by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline. Upon consideration of respondent's motion for recusal of Chief Justice, the Ohio Supreme Court, the two panel members serving as Judges for the Supreme Court in the prior case and the two prosecutors mandating the complete reversal of the prior disciplinary case and dismissal of case,

It is ordered by the court that the motion is denied.
