MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING
On respondent's motion to reinstate and purge contempt. Motion granted in part. The contempt finding issued May 7, 1997, for failing to file an affidavit of compliance, is purged. Respondent must move to purge the contempt issued January 29, 1996, apply for reinstatement pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(24), and be granted reinstatement before he may return to the practice of law.
