IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Peter Michael Muhlbach, Attorney Registration No. 0058412, last known business address in Parma, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of December 15, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender his attorney registration card and file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 14, 2005.
