IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Michael J. McDonald, Attorney Registration No. 0022740, last known address in Miamisburg, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of March 29, 1995, to wit: failure to pay board costs in the amount of $207.33 on or before June 27, 1995.
