IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Gary Robert Matthews, Attorney Registration No. 0046408, last known business address in Lexington, Kentucky, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of December 9, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender his Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 10, 2005.
