IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that James Michael Lemieux, Attorney Registration No. 0032701, last known business address in Jefferson, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of July 11, 2005, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before August 10, 2005.
