IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Heather Renee Insley, Attorney Registration No. 0074162, last known address in Alvada, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of December 15, 2004, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 14, 2005.
