DISCIPLINARY CASES
On July 11, 2005, the court appointed Chad A. Readler to represent the respondent in this matter on a pro bono basis. On August 3, 2005, counsel for respondent filed a motion for leave to file supplemental brief of respondent.
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for leave is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent's supplemental brief shall be filed within 30 days of the date of this order. It is further ordered that any supplement to relator's answer brief shall be filed within 20 days after the filing of respondent's supplemental brief.
