IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that William Sam Bein, Attorney Registration No. 0033234, last known business address in Beachwood, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of December 29, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender his Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 28, 2005.
