Order


Plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. moves to inspect and copy personal hard drives of two home computers owned by defendant Michael Harrison to determine whether they have been used in the unauthorized interception of the plaintiffs satellite television signals. The motion is granted. The parties shall attempt to agree on a protocol for accomplishing plaintiffs objectives with a minimal invasion of defendant's privacy. The current submissions are unworkable or inadequate.
