OPINION AND ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Memorandum in Support of Award of Attorneys' Fees Against Defendant Mike Stephens (doc. 69), the Declaration of Daniel M. Massey in Support of Attorneys' Fee Award (doc. 70), Plaintiff's Memorandum in Support of Award of Attorneys' Fees Against Defendant Paul Hannah (doc. 71), and the Declaration of Daniel M. Massey in Support of Attorneys' Fee Award (doc. 72). For the reasons indicated herein, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Attorneys' Fees in the amounts requested.
In its February 14, 2006 Order, the Court granted summary judgment as to Defendants Mike Stephens and Paul Hannah (doc. 73). The Court further awarded attorneys fees and costs against each respective Defendant, pending a determination of an appropriate award (Id.).
Plaintiff has submitted detailed memoranda showing that the total fees and costs attributable to Defendant Stephens amount to $3,838.00, which covers both 22.95 hours of time and $643.00 in costs (doc. 70). The Declaration of Daniel M. Massey is sufficiently detailed to show the respective billing rates and time devoted to the case by a partner, associate, and two paralegals in the law firm representing Plaintiff (Id.). Plaintiff submits similar documentation for its fees and costs attributable to Defendant Hannah, in the total amount of $2,320.25 (Id.).
Having reviewed this matter, the Court finds the requested amounts in fees and costs reasonable and just, and supported by a sufficiently detailed record. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Attorneys' Fees consistent with the Declarations filed with the Court (docs. 70 72) and therefore ORDERS Defendant Stephens to pay Plaintiff's attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $3,838.00, and ORDERS Defendant Hannah to pay Plaintiff's attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $2,320.25.
