ORDER

Per Curiam:

Shawn Beck and Kelli Beck appeal, pro se , from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Nodaway County after a bench trial. The judgment granted the proceeds from the sale of a donkey to Ronald Dimmerling. The Becks’ sole point on appeal alleges that the judgment was not supported by substantial evidence, was against the weight of the evidence, and misapplied the law. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum explaining our decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
