DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 23, 2019, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 27, 2021. Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants, inter alia, to impose sanctions upon the appellant-respondent pursuant to CPLR 8303-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
