Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated March 13, 2012, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 21, 2010. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants for the same relief.
