          JUDGMENT

          PHYLLIS HAMILTON, District Judge.

         This matter having come on for hearing before the court, and the issues having been duly decided, and the court having granted defendant Steven Curtis' motion for summary judgment,

         It is Ordered and Adjudged

         that plaintiffs Benjamin Dillard, Lorraine Dillard, and David Dillard (as successor-in-interest to Jerry Dillard) take nothing, and that the action be dismissed.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
