MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
This is an appeal from a judgment signed April 5, 2022. On August 21, 2023, appellants filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because the issue on appeal is now moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. We reinstate this case and grant the motion. The order issued by this court on August 12, 2022, staying the underlying case is now lifted.
We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
