The Court, having reviewed and considered plaintiff Digital Marketing Corp. d/b/a DigitalBuyer's and defendant Manufacturas Post Form, S.A. de C.V.'s Joint Stipulation to Dismiss With Prejudice, it is HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to Rules 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and 41(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the above-captioned action is dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice, including all claims and counterclaims that were asserted or could have been asserted in the action. Each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
