WILLIAM L. DIETRICH & CHERYL DIETRICH, Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

TAMARA W. ASHFORD, JUDGE.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on June 13, 2022, in Tampa, Florida. On May 9, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. Therein, the parties indicate that they have agreed to a partial settlement in this case and that the remaining issue still in dispute is whether the adjustments conceded by petitioners for the 2018 taxable year result in a deficiency; according to the parties, they intend to each submit their own computations to the Court.

On May 12, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Respondent's motion states that petitioners object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before May 27, 2022, file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.
