ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

This case was called at the Court's remote Houston, Texas trial session on November 1, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and indicated that the parties had reached a basis for settlement and needed time to prepare computations and sign a decision document. The parties anticipated being able to submit a decision document within sixty (60) days of the calendar call.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case. 1
