On September 22, 2023, we ordered Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren to file, no later than September 29, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the trial court's February 23, 2023 order granting plaintiff's motion for severance. Although the Dallas County courts portal reflects appellant has paid for the record, the record has not been filed to date. Accordingly, we ORDER Mr. Warren to file the supplemental record no later than October 13, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren and the parties.
