CONVERSION, § 43sufficiency of evidence to support action for conversion. In an appeal from a judgment in plaintiff's favor in an action for the conversion of certain bonds, the issues presented were whether the bonds were plaintiff's and by him given to defendant stepdaughter for safe keeping or whether bonds were defendant's by virtue of a provision of her mother's will, and the jury heard the evidence, saw the witnesses, and correctly decided the questions of fact in favor of plaintiff.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. JACOB BERKOWITZ, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at June term, 1941.
