We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated for a hearing on counsel. On March 21, 2022 we were notified that Ashkan Mehryari is representing appellant in this appeal. We DIRECT the Clerk to list Mr. Mehryari as appellant's counsel; all future correspondence shall go to Mr. Mehryari at the address on file with the Court.

The record is due June 10, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Angela Tucker, Presiding Judge, 199th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
