MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant Horacio Diaz, M.D. filed a motion to dismiss his appeal. We grant the motion. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). The appeal of Laredo Medical Group remains pending under this cause number. We order Diaz to pay all costs incurred as of the date of this opinion by him and one-half of any costs incurred as of the date of this opinion by appellee. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(d) (absent agreement of the parties, costs are taxed against appellant).
