Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 1970, and interlocutory judgment of said court entered April 7, 1970, affirmed. No opinion. Appeal from order of the same court dated April 7, 1970 dismissed as academic. That order was superseded by the order dated April 15, 1970, which resettled said former order. Respondent is awarded a single bill of costs to cover all the appeals. Martuscello, Acting P.J., Latham, Kleinfeld, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
