For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Walls v. Olin Corporation, Inc., et al, 533 So.2d 1375 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at the cost of appellant, Paul Diamond.

AFFIRMED.
