On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Petitioner has not filed any response to respondent's motion despite the Court's Order issued February 24, 2023. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued February 24, 2023, is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that respondent may proceed with collection as determined in the Notice of Determination dated December 3, 2021, a copy of which is attached to the petition.
