ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Petitioner has not filed any response to respondent's motion despite the Court's order issued on February 9, 2023.

This case was called from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on February 21, 2023, at Albuquerque, New Mexico. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before March 24, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.
