In Re: Diamond D Property Investors, LLC, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, No. 158471. BEFORE: WELCH, CHUTZ, AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator failed to provide documentation that this writ application was timely filed under Rules 4-2 and 4-3, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, in accordance with the provisions of La. Code Civ. P. art. 1914(A) and (B). Relator also failed to provide the pertinent court minutes in violation of Rule 4-5(C)(10), Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In addition, relator has improperly requested supervisory review of multiple judgments in a single writ application, and in the event review is sought for separate judgments and relator chooses to file a new writ application in accordance with the following paragraph, relator shall file separate writ applications for each judgment.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. In the event relator seeks to file new applications with this court, they must contain all pertinent documentation, including documentation to show the original writ application was timely, and must comply with Rule 2-12.2, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new applications must be filed on or before July 26, 2019, and each must contain a copy of this ruling.
