Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

On August 30, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the petitioners' motion for continuance. On September 1, 2021, the Court granted the petitioners' motion for continuance and ordered Mr. Di Giorgio to file a status report listing dates of medical treatment and other dates that he is not available for trial. On September 3, 2021, Mr. Di Giorgio filed a status report and requested the Court "reschedule this matter for after 12-1-21." The Commissioner filed a status report on September 13, 2021, and informed the Court of dates that he or his witnesses were not available for trial. After reviewing both of the status reports and identifying dates when all interested parties are available, it is

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a remote Special Session scheduled to commence on December 14, 2021, at 10:00 am (Eastern time) and lasting two days. Tampa, Florida shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote Special Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
