The Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Records Repository appeals from the circuit court's judgment granting Petitioner D.G.’s petition for exemption/removal from the Missouri Sex Offender Registry and directing that Petitioner's name be removed from the registry. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b)(5).
